Susie lives in the Pacific Northwest at Cannon Beach, Oregon. Her acrylic paintings and contemporary art reflect her bent toward realistic interpretation of images.

For a change of pace she will occasionally "hatch an abstract" for the fun of it. "I love the freedom of impressionism but inevitably return to my obsession with realism."

Susie is also an accomplished muralist and finds the challenge of a large work exciting.
